it's Friday night and I'm loving....

how my clever and talented daughter can just make things look amazing...love the delicate frilly white and pink combo with the rough but simple wool and harris tweediness of the bag..don't you just love Harris tweed...so beautiful and romantic and so handmade...redolent of wild scottish islands...

that it's 'cast off' friday...well actually yesterday...so may be somewhat occupied for a while with physio to get my poor wee wrist back to full mobility...my next challenge and opportunity to apply everything I know about healing, homeopathy etc with books to help such as Conscious Medicine,How Your Mind Can Heal your Body...and my longstanding favourite friend by the bed...Louise Hay...

that husband of patience is still being a star on the shopping, cooking, washing up etc etc front... and daughter mine is likewise a star on the rustling up of sausage casserole with cheesy dumpligs front...so tasty! she and me have a rota now for the sofa...I get it in the day and she has it after school...husband gets a look in in the evenings...and it's been his bed for 6 weeks, bless...

that I had a bath last night without a plastic bag on my arm! the pleasure of just soaking my arm in water after 6 weeks was bliss...

that I have been busy getting on with learning more about facebook, websites, etsy etc, all valuable useful things...

that it's nearly the weekend and we can chill and relax together as a family...simple pleasures mean such a lot...

and that it's March and the year is opening out...

Hope you all have a restful weekend too xx
