not being at work, after a hot and sticky day in the noisy busyness of an office
that it's the summer holidays at last really and truly after a week of guide campingness (daughter and a bit of me) and summer schoolity (husband with the shorts on...) and now we can relax....
that tea tonight was loads of yummy scrummy delicious home grown veggies freshly picked from the lusciousness of the veggie patch which is sooo satisfying.....
a wonderful old friend who lives a long way away ringing out of the blue and saying they are staying so very nearby so please we can get together and share some laughs and stuff....
doing nothing...on a warm summers evening, smelling the smell of summer of greenness and flowers and just that champagne that is the air
knowing we are going away on holiday next week which is really very very soon and I can't wait cos we're heading for the Isle of Lewis....
going outdoors all the time wearing light and flimsy and pretty and summery clothes and feeling the air on your skin.....
summer and relaxing and feeling good all over cos there's weeks and weeks of it to come....
just LOVING everything and everyone cos its SUMMER!!
